Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging.
• In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to swimwear, underwear, bridal wear, and other items specified by the relevant authorities.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
• Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
